SALICE designation of HC glasses, ie HIGH CONTRAST LENS means that the light that the human eye filters is divided into the visible spectrum, kt. is in the range between 380 and 780 nm and the invisible spectrum, which also includes ultraviolet UV and infrared IR light fields. Blue light is part of the visible light spectrum from 380 and 500 nm and is known as HEV (high energy visible light).
